Support In-Flight Operations Department to ensure KUL based caterers provides consistent quality of meals based on agreed menu specifications and uplifts inflight equipment according to operational requirement

• Conduct daily quality checks on the meal production to ensure meals, dry store items, alcoholic beverages, inflight equipment, linen/pillow and blanket are prepared according to menu specification and operational guideline.
• Assist in the completion and execution of day-to-day catering operations, and changes of new products and services whilst coordinating instruction to caterer/service provider and other related departments and monitoring the progress of implementation.
• Ensures completion of daily schedule of flights for food preparation, flight food loading, dry store, equipment, and bar loading. Delivering precise evidence and images of products not to agreed standards before they are used for flights.
• Develop offload checking schedule of incoming flights and prepare detailed reports on findings.
• Ensures that all food, equipment, bar cart specifications, and loading plans are up to date and on hand/used on daily basis for all audit and checking processes.
• Ensuring all Meal Carts, Equipment Carts, and any Carts are serviceable and in good condition that complies with safety requirements.
• Conduct daily checks and collect FOB samples return from flights.
• Assist in monitoring all MAB-owned in-flight products, menu card, and personal protection equipment (PPE) inventory and ordering process.
• Perform any other duties as assigned from time to time as and when required.

• Diploma /Degree in culinary and or experience in F & B
  • Students who are pursuing the similar course will also be considered
  • Short term contract of 6 months with take home pay of about MYR 3,000- MYR 3, 300 which includes basic salary, shift allowance and transport allowance
