We are looking for a Human Resources General Coordinator to lead and coordinate all HR processes — including recruitment, training, compensation, labor relations, and organizational development. This role will ensure alignment between people and business strategies, fostering a respectful, inclusive, and collaborative environment for both unionized and administrative personnel.

- Lead recruitment and selection processes at all levels, from operational to managerial positions, ensuring fair and inclusive hiring practices.
 - Design, coordinate, and track training and development programs that enhance employee capabilities and organizational performance.
 - Manage labor relations with the union, ensuring compliance with the collective agreement and maintaining open, transparent communication.
 - Partner with supervisors and managers to strengthen leadership skills, engagement, and retention.
 - Ensure compliance with Mexican labor law and internal HR policies.
 - Administer payroll, compensation, and benefits with accuracy and confidentiality.
 - Develop and report HR indicators and metrics to support strategic decision-making.
 - Drive initiatives related to diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) and foster a positive organizational culture.
 - Support internal and external audits (ISO, compliance, or quality systems).
