Cabin Crew 2026 Alicante
Job Description:

Type of contract: Permanent Seasonal

Our people are the heart of Norwegian.

We are made up of colleagues from different cultures and backgrounds who are united behind our vision: to become the most loved and trusted airline in Europe.

Norwegian embraces a culture of equality, fairness, sustainability, respect, and inclusion in everything that we do.

We have implemented an Equality Plan to safeguard a selection process without discrimination on the basis of gender, age, culture, nationality, ethnicity, physical abilities, political and religious beliefs, sexual orientation and other attributes.

Embracing this culture is critical to our business success and makes us stronger together.

Join Our Norwegian Family – Become a Cabin Crew Member in Alicante!

On behalf of our Norwegian family, we’re excited to welcome new seasonal permanent Cabin Crew to join our team in Alicante, Spain!

We’ve always challenged the industry and done things our way—the Norwegian way. For us, being a Cabin Crew member is about going the extra mile to create a fantastic, safe, and memorable experience—with our passengers at the heart of everything we do.

Right now, we’re looking for motivated and passionate people to join our family. As part of our crew, you won’t just be a Cabin Crew—at times, you’ll be a nurse, psychologist, nanny, cleaner, chef, and security guard (because let’s face it, being Cabin Crew requires all the above!)

Whether you’re new to the industry or an experienced professional, our comprehensive training course will fully prepare you for the role. Upon completion, you’ll receive an official certification and become part of our close-knit team of 2,500 cabin crew members, ready to welcome you to the world above the skies.

Here’s what you can look forward to as part of the Norwegian team:

  • Competitive salary
  • Comprehensive pension and insurance schemes
  • Supportive and caring colleagues in a dynamic work environment
  • Opportunities to travel across Europe with exclusive employee-priced tickets
  • A chance to innovate, grow, and make an impact in an international company

You’ll love this role if:

  • You thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • You enjoy engaging with people and delivering outstanding service
  • You can stay calm under pressure and think on your feet
  • You embrace teamwork and bring positivity to every interaction
  • You’re excited about the adventure of travel and new experiences
  • Youll thrive in this role if you are willing to work on a rotating schedule covering 24/7 shifts, including early mornings, late nights, weekends, public holidays, and peak periods

You’re an ideal candidate if:

  • You have a clean criminal record
  • You preferably hold a Cabin Crew Attestation (CCA)
  • You have a valid medical certificate or can obtain one
  • You hold an European unrestricted passport offering visa-free entry to our destinations
  • You have a valid work permit for the country you are applying for
  • You can pass a drug and alcohol test prior to hiring
  • You are over 20 years old
  • You are above 160 cm or can reach 210 cm on tiptoes
  • You can swim
  • You are fluent in English, both written and spoken
  • You live within 90 minutes of your chosen base or are willing to relocate
  • You have no tattoos on your face or neck, and any tattoos on your hands or behind your ear do not exceed 1.5 cm in size
  • Preferably, completed upper secondary school, either in an academic or practical training track, or other education at an equivalent level. Relevant experience in service professions may, in some cases, compensate for completed schooling

If Selected, You’ll Need to Obtain:

  • An approved medical certificate, including intoxication/alcohol testing
  • An approved background check to obtain an admission card
  • Successful completion of our training course
