Job Description: 
This role focuses on hands-on assembly, testing, and component handling within the manufacturing environment, requiring strong attention to detail and manual skills. 

Position Requirements: 
Perform the analysis, repair, and assembly of components and finished products to comply with production schedules and quality standards 

• Assemble server components, including motherboards, CPUs, memory modules, storage devices, and power supplies. 
• Operate automated and manual tools for installation, fastening, and testing. 
• Perform visual and functional inspections to ensure product quality and compliance with specifications 
• Follow detailed work instructions and safety protocols. 
• Log production data and report any defects or process deviations. 
• Perform Hardware analysis or test replication to identify the root cause of defects. 
• Perform material movements through integrated systems. 
• Comply with Quality, Environment, Safety, and Occupational Health Management Systems. 

Senior - Less than 1 year relevant experience, with experience in electronics or server hardware assembly preferred. 
Intermediate – High school diploma or technical certification.
