Responsibilities
- Provide direction and supervision of Maintenance Supervisors, ensuring a team focus is present and maintained.
- Provide guidance and oversight, ensuring Supervisors and Support groups coordinate and execute daily planned Line Maintenance.
- Work collectively with Maintenance Supervisors to ensure maintenance is accomplished in compliance with Company Policies and Manuals.
- Ensure Maintenance Supervisors are highly training and effective. Interface with various providers, vendors, and support groups to ensure all resources are staged and maintained for each maintenance event.
- Continuously improve the performance and readiness of the station maintenance team.
- Station maintenance safety culture.
- Station maintenance quality, compliance, and preparedness.
- Station maintenance training and team building.
- The day-to-day execution and improvement of maintenance processes.
- Leadership and guidance of the Maintenance Supervisors.
- Works with Team members to provide on-time Aircraft performance.
- Must manage facilities, GSE equipment, Tooling, and operational requirements.
- May perform other responsibilities as assigned. Responsibilities and duties may change when circumstances dictate. (e.g. emergencies, change in workload, rush jobs or technical developments.)
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree or equivalent experience
- 5-7 years experience
- Domestic and International travel under 10 of time
- Exerts up to 10 lbs. of force occasionally and/or a negligible amount of force frequently or constantly to lift, carry, push, pull, or otherwise move objects, including the human body. involves sitting most of the time but may involve walking or standing for brief periods of time.
