Senior Talent Acquisition Partner - Prague
Job Description:

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and driven Senior Talent Acquisition Partner to join our team in Prague. This is a highly visible, hands-on individual contributor role for a talent acquisition expert who thrives on turning strategy into results through direct ownership and execution, rather than team management. In close partnership with People Leaders and HR Managers, you will play a key role in shaping and delivering recruitment strategies that attract top talent and support our organizational priorities.

You will lead full-cycle recruitment with a strong focus on quality, speed, and candidate experience. Using data and market insight, you will turn business priorities into effective hiring strategies and results, bringing deep expertise in technical recruitment across manufacturing and engineering. If you are a strategic, hands-on recruiter who enjoys building pipelines, influencing stakeholders, and delivering impact directly, we would love to hear from you.

Essential Responsibilities

  • Deliver recruitment strategies hands-on: Partner with people leaders and HR teams to understand staffing needs and develop and execute practical, scalable recruitment strategies aligned with business goals.
  • Own full-cycle recruitment: Personally manage sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer management, and hiring process coordination to ensure quality hires and strong delivery.
  • Lead high-impact hiring initiatives: Drive hiring for priority, complex, or high-volume recruitment needs, ensuring timely execution and alignment with business priorities.
  • Source technical talent: Proactively identify and engage passive candidates in competitive talent markets, especially across manufacturing and engineering profiles.
  • Strengthen employer branding: Support and execute initiatives that enhance the company’s employer brand and improve attraction of top talent.
  • Use data to drive results: Monitor recruitment metrics and KPIs, analyze trends, identify opportunities for improvement, and provide insights to stakeholders.
  • Drive strategic workforce planning: Collaborate with business leaders to anticipate future talent needs and build strong pipelines for critical roles.
  • Ensure compliant, effective recruitment practices: Stay current on labor laws, market trends, and recruiting best practices to ensure compliant and competitive hiring processes.
  • Champion candidate experience: Deliver a candidate-centric recruitment process that promotes engagement, professionalism, and a strong employer impression.
  • Influence stakeholders: Act as a trusted advisor to hiring managers and HR partners, balancing strategic input with strong day-to-day execution.

Qualifications/Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven success in a hands-on recruiting role, with responsibility for direct delivery across the recruitment lifecycle, preferably in a corporate environment.
  • Demonstrated expertise in technical recruitment, including sourcing passive candidates in competitive markets.
  • Strong strategic mindset with the ability to translate business objectives into effective hiring plans and execution.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence and build relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proactive, results-oriented, and able to work with a strong sense of urgency.
  • Experience with recruitment tools, including applicant tracking systems and other recruiting technologies.
  • Strong analytical capability and comfort using data to guide decisions and measure impact.
  • Fluent in Czech and English.

Desired Characteristics

  • Experience in the aerospace industry or similar technical fields is highly desirable.
  • Strategic and operationally strong: able to shape direction and execute directly.
  • Creative thinker with the ability to develop innovative recruitment approaches and solve complex hiring challenges.
  • High level of professionalism and integrity, with the ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Collaborative and team-oriented, with the ability to work effectively across functions and geographies.
  • Self-starter who thrives in an individual contributor role with high ownership and accountability.

  • Monthly contribution of 6 of base salary to the Cafeteria benefit system or Pension/Life Insurance, plus an additional CZK 600 per month to the Cafeteria.
