Role PurposeThe position is accountable for overall execution of reporting/analytics , data insights and innovation within MAG GHC. The role requires adaptability and ability to take up new innovation to accelerate various optimization, improvement project that supports the organisation.
Key Accountability- Lead various GHC projects that enabled HC process owner to develop, deliver and monitor innovative solutions that leverages on digital technology that are able to bring biggest value to the team.
- Support the design and implement HC digital strategy technology related from opportunity identification through to experience implementation including verification, discovery, ideation, future state process and architecture design.
- Support and lead various areas regarding implement GHC digital transformation strategy from opportunity identification through to experience implementation including verification, discovery, ideation, future state process and architecture design.
- Lead various data projects within GHC by designing, development and deployment of various system that can improve the current process or reducing unnecessary waste within the organisation.
- Lead Process improvement activities within GHC by leveraging on various available tools.
- Ensure the cost-effective design, sharing, implementation, evaluation and continual improvement of innovation solutions and best practices that meets the identified needs and objectives of the organisation.
- Prepare relevant data insights especially on people analytics to support various GHC initiatives.
- Ensuring cost controls , proper financial and risk plans in order to maintain a sustainable results for all related projects.
- Responsible to coordinate information for any related HR reporting to the necessary stakeholders, e.g. GEXCO, GCHCO, etc.
- Undertake ad-hoc assignments or duties assigned by Management as and when required Senior Manager, Organisational Design & Effectiveness.
Qualifications & Working Experience- A first degree is required and a master degree is a plus: additional training or certifications would be valued
- At least 2 years experienced in any digital work environment
