Role Overview:
The Manager – Research & Analytucs supports strategic airport projects, coordinating with internal teams and external stakeholders. Responsibilities include project evaluation, business case development, report preparation for government bodies, and data analysis to generate insights that drive revenue growth, cost efficiency, and alignment with IndiGo’s long-term goals.
Educational Qualification:Mandatory - GraduationDesirable – Masters in Business Administration, Public Policy or a related field
Key Responsibilities:• Assist in the preparation of detailed reports and presentations for engagement with central and state government ministries, civil aviation authorities, and other key regulatory stakeholders.• Support the full project lifecycle, including assessment, business case development, and execution of strategic initiatives.• Facilitate program management for IndiGo-related projects, ensuring effective coordination between airport authorities and internal teams for smooth implementation.• Conduct data gathering and analysis to derive actionable insights that inform strategic decision-making with both internal stakeholders and external partners.
Professional Qualification / Knowledge / Skills:• 7-9 years of work experience (aviation experience desirable).• Good communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.• Analytical mindset with the ability to develop data-driven strategies and insights. Should have strong analytical skills for understanding any unstructured and unprecedented research requirements as per changing and unforeseen business environment• Maintaining the BI platform – developing new dashboards as per business requirement, maintaining as per leadership requirements and or as required by Regulators or cross functional collaboration• Experience working cross-functionally in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.• Knowledge of aviation regulations, datasets and industry best practices.• Project management skills, including the ability to deliver results within budget and timeline constraints.• Office Applications – Power Point, Excel, Word• IATA DDS, OAG (Desirable)
