The AFKL ancillary product team wants to enable their customers to customize their travel experience by providing an attractive & personalized ancillary offer at every moment of the customer journey. Air France and KLM have a wide range of customer-facing touchpoints, such as the websites, mobile apps, social media channels, call centers, airport kiosks, and lifecycle messaging. Through these channels, customers can easily purchase a seat with extra legroom, more baggage options and other travel related products such as hotels, insurance and rental cars. These offers are managed by the ancillary product team, which is part of the Offer Management and Ancillary department.
Offer Management and Ancillaries is a commercial department within AirFranceKLM Group. Within the product team of the department we make sure we inform our customers about extra products and services for their next flight and develop new products and services that will drive additional revenue for Air France and KLM. As an ancillary commerce intern, you will be part of a young and ambitious team and work in an innovative, dynamic, and international environment. You will have numerous responsibilities and projects to support the product team and collaborate with stakeholders from various departments, such as design, customer experience, IT, operations, and communication.
