Job Description:

We have an industry leading on-time performance and one of the highest customer NPS in the Indian spanet. At IndiGo, we will continue to extend our scope, by spreading our wings internationally, developing from a domestic carrier to a global aviation giant.

The iConnect Team stationed at ISC is dedicated to supporting Fleet Supervisors by addressing the pilots’ challenges and concerns. Fleet Supervisors share tasks and challenges with iConnect, which in turn coordinates with the relevant personnel to ensure timely completion. The team plays a crucial role in facilitating clear communication across departments, enabling swift resolution of issues and operational challenges. Their proactive support streamlines workflow and allows leadership pilots to focus on their core responsibility as pilots’ managers. iConnect provides prompt, targeted assistance, ensuring that all concerns are addressed in real-time.

Qualification & Experience: Bachelor’s Degree

Min. 5-7 years of exp.

Skill set : Microsoft Excel and Power point, Canva

Key Responsibilities:

  • Pilot Assistance and Coordination:
    • Assist pilots in maintaining simplicity and coordination in operations.
    • Review and address challenges, feedback, and queries from pilots promptly.
    • Provide 24/7/365 assistance, including emergency support for sickness or injury.
  • Leadership Support:
    • Assist the leadership team with optimal decision-making in a timely manner.
    • Prepare and update regular reports, dashboards, and data visualizations.
    • Ensure monthly reports are completed and reviewed by the leadership team.
  • Pilot Engagement:
    • Take initiatives and organize pilot engagement projects.
    • Ensure active participation of pilots in CSR activities and various projects.
  • Work Environment:
    • Maintain respect, dignity, and promote a positive work environment across bases.
    • Create and promote an exemplary team of Line Operations.
  • Inter-Departmental Coordination:
    • Establish strong inter-departmental connections to resolve queries on behalf of pilots.
    • Generate reports and maintain data for Pan India work achieved through iConnect.
  • Safety and Compliance:
    • Be aware of and comply with safety responsibilities and accountabilities.
    • Analyze data from MS Forms used for operational purposes and ensure timely task fulfillment by coordinating with Fleet Supervisors.
  • Additional Duties:
    • Perform any other duties or responsibilities assigned by the reporting manager or leadership pilots .

Be willing to work on 24/7 rotational shifts.
