Brief about the role/ team/ candidate requirement:The position will be responsible for overseeing the safety management system and document management system within the organization. This role involves setting safety objectives, monitoring performance indicators, conducting safety risk assessments, and ensuring all safety-related documentation is current and compliant with regulatory standards.

Qualification & Experience:Educational Requirements: Engineering degree in aviation, Safety Management, or a related field.

Experience: 4 years of experience in an Aviation Safety environment.

Skill set:

• Strong analytical and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in document management systems.
• Knowledge of safety regulations and standards.
• Experience in Hazard identification and risk management.

Job Responsibilities:

• Process reported hazards and maintain the Hazard Log.
• Assist in the Management of change and associated risk assessments.

• Assist in establishing and monitor Safety objectives, Safety Performance Indicators and Performance Targets.
• Assist in preparation and follow up of safety meetings.
• Analyze safety data and assist with the yearly reports.
• Assist in safety promotion activities- seminars, magazines, circulars, and bulletins.

• Identify and assist with changes in manuals/documents as required.
• Coordinate and assist in the management of wet lease codeshare safety interface.
