Job Title: Aircraft Sheet Metal Mechanic
Job DescriptionWe are seeking skilled Aircraft Sheet Metal Mechanics to work on brand new Boeing 737 BBJs and Airbus A220 ACJs directly from the factory. This role involves performing sheet metal assembly, installations, and modifications.
Responsibilities
- Perform sheet metal assembly, installations, and modifications on aircraft.
- Read and interpret engineering drawings for accurate execution of tasks.
- Utilize both hand and power tools for sheet metal work.
- Ensure all tools are etched and inventoried.
- Commit to working 5+ hours of overtime weekly.
- Adapt to both 1st and 2nd shift schedules as required.
Essential Skills- 5+ years of experience in Aircraft Sheet Metal/Structures.
- Proven experience in sheet metal assembly, installation, and modification.
- Proficiency in reading engineering drawings.
- Experience with Boeing and Airbus aircraft is preferred.
Additional Skills & Qualifications- Experience with a wide range of aircraft including commercial aircraft, regional jets, helicopters, and corporate jets.
- Familiarity with MRO, Repair Station, P145, and P121 operations.
- Ability to work with rivets and other sheet metal techniques.

Work Environment
The work is conducted in a hangar/outside environment with schedules available for 1st and 2nd shifts. The majority of positions will be on the 2nd shift, with working hours from Monday to Friday, 3 pm to 11:30 pm. The 1st shift runs from 7 am to 3:30 pm. Candidates must be open to both shifts.

This is a Contract position based out of Georgetown, Delaware.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $40.00 - $40.00/hr.
