We are seeking experienced Aircraft Structural Mechanics to join a high-impact AC-130 maintenance program. This role involves interior structural work, with some exterior tasks, focused on maintaining and modifying AC-130 aircraft to meet operational standards. Candidates should take pride in their craftsmanship, understand quality expectations, and uphold safety and cleanliness protocols.

Key Responsibilities:

• Fabricate and install brackets and doublers on C-130 platforms
• Perform interior structure maintenance and modification
• Execute solid rivet installations with precision
• Understand and apply edge distance principles and structural tolerances
• Follow FOD (Foreign Object Debris) prevention and “clean as you go” practices
• Assess work quality beyond relying solely on inspection or QA feedback
• Stand behind your maintenance with accountability and pride

• 5+ years of structural experience on military aircraft 
• Familiarity with technical data, maintenance manuals, and blueprint reading
• Prior military aviation or defense contractor experience is a strong plus
• Ability to work independently and in a team, with minimal oversight
• Strong attention to detail and a safety-first mindset
