A&P Mechanic – Contract Role (Manassas, VA)Join the team shaping the future of flight.
We’re looking for an experienced A&P Mechanic to support aircraft maintenance and modifications on advanced unmanned aircraft systems. This is a hands-on role in a cutting-edge hangar environment, focused on innovation, precision, and compliance.
What You’ll Do- Perform scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, inspections, and repairs on Saab 340 aircraft
- Troubleshoot mechanical, avionics, and structural issues
- Support complex aircraft modifications, retrofits, and system upgrades
- Ensure all work meets FAA, NASA, OEM, and company standards
- Mentor junior technicians when needed
- Help assess and resolve aircraft squawks
What You Bring- A&P License required
- 6-10+ years of heavy maintenance and modification experience
- Experience in MRO, repair station, or military depot-level maintenance
- Ability to use computer software to manage work orders
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex mechanical, avionics, and structural issues on aircraft when required.
- Flexibility on shift (rotates every 2 weeks)
- Day Shift: Mon–Fri, 7AM–4PM
- Evening Shift: Mon–Thu, 2PM–12AM (rotates every 2 weeks)

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $45.00 - $50.00/hr.
