Summary:

Perform routine production assembly on structural and mechanical assemblies, subassemblies, and aircraft systems, equipment, and accessories using manual operations

Select correct parts, materials, tools, assemblies, standards, and hardware for installations

Install, fit, fasten, align, and adjust structural components using production and engineering prints to determine exact locations

Perform necessary pre-installation assembly work to accomplish installations accurately

Apply aerospace systems knowledge including hydraulic, ICS, PECS, duct installation, IFE, interior decorative repair, and waste/potable water systems

Requirements:

High school diploma or GED

Must be able to work variable shifts: 1st, 2nd, or 3rd

Overtime scheduled based on business needs, may include weekends

Years of systems assembly experience must be clearly noted on resume

Aerospace systems experience should include:

Hydraulic systems

ICS (Intercommunication Systems)

PECS (Passenger Entertainment & Control Systems)

Duct installation

IFE (In-Flight Entertainment)

Interior decorative repair

Waste and potable water systems

Minimum of 1 year direct aerospace systems experience, preferably 3+ years

Resume must clearly indicate school name, program, and graduation date

Graduates from aeronautical programs (PIA, Embry-Riddle, etc.) will be considered; selected candidates will start after graduation

Must be a U.S. Citizen (as defined by ITAR).
