Roles and Responsibilities:
Test and troubleshoot electronic components and systems
Gather and analyze data to support engineering and production activities
Read and interpret electronic schematics to diagnose and resolve issues
Maintain accurate records of tests, repairs, and maintenance activities
Ensure compliance with safety, quality, delivery, and cost standards in all tasks
Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to report progress and issues.
Prioritize tasks to meet project deadlines and production schedules.
Lift and move equipment and components weighing up to 20 lbs as needed.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support project goals and ensure seamless integration of electronic systems
Recommends and/or proposes process improvements
Understands and complies with all Company, safety rules and regulations

Experience utilizing electronic tools such as oscilloscopes, multimeters, logic analyzer, power supplies etc
Basic to Intermediate computer skills

Ability to troubleshoot to component level
Knowledge of manufacturing processes
Lean manufacturing knowledge
Understanding of IPC-A-610 standards
The base pay range for this position is $22 - $24/hr. The specific pay offered may be influenced by a variety of factors, including the candidate’s experience, education, and skill set. This position is also eligible for an annual discretionary bonus based on a percentage of your base salary/ commission based on the plan. This posting is expected to close on 5/1/2026.
