Skills You Bring To this Role: 
- Experienced in developing, integrating, and testing Systems/Sub-systems on an aircraft
 
- Proficient System Integration Engineer, System of Systems (SoS) competent
 
- ARP4754A & DO-297 knowledgeable – creating, validating, and verifying requirements following a rigorous process
 
- System/Sub-System architects that understand redundancy, independence, criticalities, systems separation and dependencies of functions
 
- Leadership skills across multiple functions, IPT’s and support organizations
 
- Aircraft integrator who understands data flow and allocation across multiple design functions
 
- CAMEO Proficient (desired)
 
- Knowledgeable DO-178C and DO-254 execution (greatly desired)
 
- Experience with MOSA and Future Airborne Capability Environment (FACE) is a plus
 
- Able to communicate directly with senior leadership inside and outside the company.
 
- Self motivated and able to track and report performance to cost and schedule.
 
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal)
 
What you need to be successful: 
- Bachelor’s Degree in Aerospace Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, or Computer Science is required. Mechanical or Other Engineering degrees may be considered with applicable experience.
 
- At least 2  years of work experience in aerospace system/sub-system development and integration.  
 
- Candidates must be eligible to obtain and maintain a Secret Security Clearance. 
 
- Able to communicate directly with senior leadership inside and outside the company.
 
- Self motivated and able to track and report performance to cost and schedule.
 
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal)
