Position Summary:
We are hiring experienced technicians to perform diagnostics, troubleshooting, calibration, and repair on aerospace-grade inertial navigation components. This role is ideal for former military avionics techs or civilian aerospace specialists with bench-level electronics experience.

Core Responsibilities:

• Conduct diagnostic evaluations and fault isolation on inertial navigation assemblies
• Identify failure mechanisms and recommend appropriate repair actions
• Use precision test equipment including oscilloscopes, multimeters, and voltmeters
• Perform adjustments and calibrations to electronic units and subassemblies
• Interpret test specifications, schematics, and technical drawings
• Prepare accurate and clear technical test reports

Knowledge & Skills:

• Strong understanding of electronic principles and avionics components
• Familiarity with reading and interpreting electrical schematics and layout drawings
• Hands-on experience with test equipment used in troubleshooting and calibration
• Ability to follow technical procedures and complete documentation accurately
• Proficiency in English—especially in technical reporting
• Basic PC software knowledge (e.g., Microsoft Word, Excel) preferred

Qualifications:

• Diploma or certificate in avionics, electronics, or a related aviation maintenance discipline from a recognized institution
• Equivalent military training (e.g., 2A0X1, 94E, or similar MOS/AFSC) will be considered
• Prior experience with inertial navigation systems is an asset
• Must be eligible to work and live in Canada
• Must be able to pass standard 10 year background check with no criminal history
• Must be able to pass pre-employment drug screen
