As a Principal ITSM System Administrator, youll be responsible for proactively managing and monitoring ITSM servers, primarily ServiceNow, to ensure seamless operation. Youll apply database administration expertise to handle complex data integrity, performance tuning, and integrations. Your goal will be to recommend and implement patches/updates to maintain compliance and resilience in a mission-critical government environment aligned with ITIL 4 and federal standards.
