Summary and Objective
The HR Generalist supports the Human Resources Department with a focus on full-cycle recruitment and additional responsibilities in HR administration, employee relations, and culture development. This role also encompasses a wide range of HR generalist duties as needed.

Manage the entire recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, and hiring qualified candidates for all open positions at flyExclusive.
Ensure candidates successfully complete all pre-employment requirements, including drug screenings, background checks, and other regulatory obligations.
Coordinate recruitment events, including job fairs, college events, community engagements, and industry-related events, representing flyExclusive.
Handle entry-level HR administrative tasks, such as managing incoming calls, maintaining the HR email inbox, and processing mail related to workers compensation employment verification and unemployment claims.
Perform routine tasks in the administration and execution of HR programs, including compensation, leave management, performance and talent management, and employee recognition.
Assist the Senior HR Business Partner, HR Business Partner, and Senior HR Generalist with employee relations tasks, including conducting exit interviews and managing employee relations issues.
