What Will You Be Doing?

The 2026 Spring Intern, Airport Customer Service (ACS) will have the opportunity to gain experience in airline operations at Frontier Airlines by supporting the Airport Customer Service (ACS) organization to improve operational performance and work with the ACS Directors to support 2026 initiatives. The intern will gain experience throughout ACS through assigned project work and on the job training. This internship is for Summer 2026 6/1/2026 - 8/28/2026 based in Denver, CO.

Essential Functions

  • Training standardization and compliance management
  • Department Manual Updates
  • Update training materials
  • ACS Dashboard support
  • Audit reporting functions

Other Functions

  • Reduce printed materials for classes
  • Review, enhance and document ACS procedures

Qualifications

  • Fluent in both written and verbal communication skills
  • Bilingual (English and Spanish) is preferred

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

  • Strong oral, written and presentation communication skills
  • Must be able travel for extended periods of time and work weekends
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Products
  • Ability to proofread, strong attention to detail and ability to effectively manage and prioritize assignments
  • Lesson and curriculum planning skills

Equipment Operated

Competency and comprehensive knowledge of PC, fax, scanner, digital camera, video camera, general office equipment, LCD, copy machine and various industry standard printers (ticketing, baggage and telex)

Work Environment

Typical office environment adequately heated and cooled.

Must be flexible and willing to work long hours to accommodate training needs that may include nights, weekends, and holidays.

Physical Effort

Moderate physical activity required by handling objects up to 50 pounds occasionally and/or up to 20 pounds frequently.

Supervision Received

Close Supervision: The incumbent is assigned duties according to specified procedures and receives detailed instructions. Work is checked frequently.
